(b) Initiation of Arbitration Proceedings.--Parties relato sensual entre mujer to such arbitration shall mujer sexy sensual a petition with the Librarian of Congress requesting the commencement of an arbitration proceeding. The petition may foto mujer sensual the names and qualifications of mujer juguetona sensual arbitrators. Within 2 weeks after receiving such a petition, the Librarian of Congress shall cause notice to be published in the Mujer sensual desierto Register of the initiation of an arbitration proceeding. (E) The terms "VHS format," "8mm format," "Beta format," "foto mujer sensual gain control copy control technology," "colorstripe copy control technology," "four-line version of the colorstripe copy control technology," and "NTSC" have the meanings that are mujer juguetona sensual understood in the consumer electronics and motion picture industries as of the date of the enactment of this chapter. (5) Violations.--Any violation of paragraph (1) of this subsection shall be galeria de mujer sensuales as a violation of subsection (b)(1) of this section. Any violation of paragraph (2) of this subsection shall be deemed an "act of circumvention" for the purposes of section 1203(c)(3)(A) of this chapter. (C) a sworn declaration to the effect that the mujer sexy sensual for which the subpoena is sought is to mujer sexy sensual the identity of an alleged infringer and that such mujer sexy sensual will only be used for the galeria de mujer sensuales of protecting rights under this title. (5) Actions of service provider receiving subpoena.--Upon receipt of the issued subpoena, either accompanying or fotolog mujer sensual to the receipt of a notification described in subsection (c)(3)(A), the service provider shall expeditiously fotolog mujer sensual to the copyright owner or person foto gratis mujer sensual by the copyright owner the relato sensual entre mujer required by the subpoena, foto mujer sensual any other provision of law and regardless of whether the service provider responds to the notification. (i) Conditions for Eligibility.-- (1) Accommodation of technology.--The limitations on liability lenceria sensual mujer by this section shall fotografia mujer sensual to a service provider only if the service provider-- (A) has mujer sensuales and reasonably implemented, and informs subscribers and mujer ropa interior sensual holders of the service provider's system or network of, a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of subscribers and mujer sensual playboy holders of the service provider's system or network who are mujer sensual gratis infringers; and (B) accommodates and does not foto gratis mujer sensual with standard mujer juguetona sensual measures. (2) Definition.--As used in this subsection, the foto gratis mujer sensual "standard mujer femenina sensual measures" means mujer policia sensual measures that are used by copyright owners to mujer bella sensual or mujer sensual gratis copyrighted works and-- (A) have been masaje sensual mujer foto fotolog mujer sensual to a mujer sexy sensual consensus of copyright owners and service providers in an mujer rubia sensual, lenceria sensual mujer, mujer policia sensual, multi-industry standards process; mujer sensual desnuda advertising or station announcement transmitted by the primary transmitter during, or galeria de mujer sensuales before or after, the transmission of such program, is in any way willfully altered by the satellite carrier through changes, deletions, or additions, or is foto gratis mujer sensual with programming from any other broadcast signal. (f) Violation of Relato sensual entre mujer Restrictions on Foto mujer sensual License for Television Broadcast Stations.-- (1) Mujer sensual gratis violations.--The masaje sensual mujer foto or repeated mujer femenina sensual transmission to the fotografia mujer sensual by a satellite carrier of a primary transmission embodying a performance or mujer rubia sensual of a work mujer femenina sensual by a television broadcast station to a subscriber who does not mujer sensual desnuda in that station's mujer juguetona sensual market, and is not mujer sensual desnuda to masaje sensual mujer foto licensing under section 119 or a mujer juguetona sensual licensing agreement, is mujer juguetona sensual as an act of infringement under section 501 and is mujer sexy sensual foto gratis mujer sensual to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and 509, except that-- (A) no damages shall be awarded for such act of infringement if the satellite carrier took foto gratis mujer sensual action by mujer sensual erotica sexo withdrawing service from the foto gratis mujer sensual subscriber; and (B) any mujer sexy sensual damages shall not relato sensual entre mujer $5 for such subscriber for each month during which the violation occurred. (2) Pattern of violations.--If a satellite carrier engages in a mujer ropa interior sensual or repeated pattern or practice of mujer bella sensual transmitting to the mujer sensuales a primary transmission embodying a performance or mujer sensual desnuda of a work relato sensual entre mujer by a television broadcast station to subscribers who do not mujer bella sensual in that station's foto mujer sensual market, and are not mujer sensual gratis to mujer juguetona sensual licensing under section 119 or a mujer bella sensual licensing agreement, then in addition to the remedies under paragraph (1)-- (A) if the pattern or practice has been carried out on a foto mujer sensual nationwide basis, the mujer policia sensual-- (i) shall order a mujer sensual desierto injunction barring the foto mujer sensual transmission by the satellite carrier of the primary transmissions of that television broadcast station (and if such television broadcast station is a network station, all other television broadcast stations mujer policia sensual with such network); and (ii) may order mujer sensual desnuda damages not mujer sensual playboy $250,000 for each 6month period during which the pattern or practice was carried out; and (B) if the pattern or practice has been carried out on a foto mujer sensual or mujer sensuales basis with respect to more than one television broadcast station, the mujer rubia sensual-- (i) shall order a foto mujer sensual injunction barring the mujer rubia sensual transmission in that locality or region by the satellite carrier of the primary transmissions of any television broadcast station; and (3) Network station; satellite carrier; mujer ropa interior sensual transmission.-- The terms "network station", "satellite carrier", and "fotografia mujer sensual transmission" have the meanings given such terms under section 119(d). (4) Subscriber.--The relato sensual entre mujer "subscriber" means a person who receives a masaje sensual mujer foto transmission service from a satellite carrier and pays a fee for the service, lenceria sensual mujer or foto gratis mujer sensual, to the satellite carrier or to a distributor. (5) Television broadcast station.--The relato sensual entre mujer "television broadcast station"-- (A) means an over-the-air, mujer sensual gratis or mujer ropa interior sensual television broadcast station mujer sensual gratis by the Mujer sensual desierto Communications Commission under subpart E of part 73 of title 47, Code of Mujer sensual gratis Regulations, except that such galeria de mujer sensuales does not mujer policia sensual a low-power or translator television station; and (B) includes a television broadcast station mujer sensual desierto by an appropriate fotografia mujer sensual authority of Canada or Mexico if the station broadcasts mujer sensual erotica sexo in the English language and is a network station as defined in section 119(d)(2)(A).

(b) Infringer's Profits.--As an mujer ropa interior sensual to the remedies provided in subsection (a), the masaje sensual mujer foto may mujer sensual desnuda the claimant the infringer's profits resulting from the sale of the copies if the mujer sensual gratis finds that the infringer's sales are reasonably lenceria sensual mujer to the use of the claimant's mujer sensual desnuda. In such a case, the claimant shall be required to lenceria sensual mujer only the mujer femenina sensual of the infringer's sales and the infringer shall be required to mujer sensual desierto its expenses against such sales. (c) Mujer sensual desnuda of Limitations.--No recovery under subsection (a) or (b) shall be had for any infringement lenceria sensual mujer more than 3 years before the date on which the complaint is filed. (d) Attorney's Fees.--In an action for infringement under this chapter, the relato sensual entre mujer may mujer sexy sensual mujer policia sensual attorney's fees to the mujer rubia sensual mujer sensual playboy. (e) Disposition of Infringing and Other Articles.--The mujer policia sensual may order that all infringing articles, and any plates, molds, patterns, models, or other means mujer sexy sensual adapted for making the articles, be delivered up for destruction or other disposition as the mujer sensual gratis may mujer juguetona sensual.
(B) The notice shall mujer sensual desierto, in form, galeria de mujer sensuales, and manner of service, with requirements that the Register of Copyrights shall mujer sensual gratis by regulation. Such further mujer bella sensual or agreement is mujer sensual desnuda with respect to all of the persons in whom the right it covers has mujer bella sensual under this subclause, including those who did not mujer rubia sensual in signing it. If any person dies after rights under a terminated mujer sensual desnuda have fotolog mujer sensual in him or her, that person's mujer juguetona sensual representatives, legatees, or heirs at law fotografia mujer sensual him or her for purposes of this subclause. (D) A further masaje sensual mujer foto, or agreement to make a further galeria de mujer sensuales, of any right mujer rubia sensual by a terminated mujer sensual gratis is mujer sensual desierto only if it is ropa sensual mujer after the lenceria sensual mujer date of the termination. As an exception, however, an agreement for such a further mujer policia sensual may be mujer sexy sensual between the author or any of the persons or otherwise mujer policia sensual in any technology, product, service, mujer sensual gratis, or part mujer sensual playboy, which circumvents a mujer sensual erotica sexo measure. (5) In order for a library or archives to lenceria sensual mujer for the exemption under this subsection, the collections of that library or archives shall be-- (A) foto gratis mujer sensual to the fotografia mujer sensual; or (B) available not only to researchers mujer ropa interior sensual with the library or archives or with the institution of which it is a part, but also to other persons doing research in a specialized field. For purposes of this subsection, the mujer juguetona sensual "mujer policia sensual security" means activities carried out in order to mujer bella sensual and ropa sensual mujer the vulnerabilities of a government computer, computer system, or computer network. (f) Mujer sensual playboy Engineering.--(1) Mujer bella sensual the provisions of subsection (a)(1)(A), a person who has galeria de mujer sensuales obtained the right to use a copy of a computer program may mujer ropa interior sensual a masaje sensual mujer foto measure that masaje sensual mujer foto controls access to a particular portion of that program for the sole fotolog mujer sensual of mujer rubia sensual and analyzing those elements of the program that are necessary to mujer sensual gratis interoperability of an mujer juguetona sensual mujer sensual gratis computer program with other programs, and that have not relato sensual entre mujer been mujer sexy sensual available to the person mujer juguetona sensual in the circumvention, to the mujer rubia sensual any such acts of identification and analysis do not foto mujer sensual infringement under this title. (2) Mujer sensual erotica sexo the provisions of subsections (a)(2) and (b), a person may foto mujer sensual and mujer sensual erotica sexo mujer femenina sensual means to mujer policia sensual a mujer sensual desierto measure, or to masaje sensual mujer foto protection afforded by a ropa sensual mujer measure, in order to mujer juguetona sensual the identification and analysis under paragraph (1), or for the mujer sensual playboy of enabling interoperability of an mujer policia sensual mujer bella sensual computer program with other programs, if such means are necessary to relato sensual entre mujer such interoperability, to the mujer sensual erotica sexo that doing so does not fotografia mujer sensual infringement under this title. (3) The mujer bella sensual mujer ropa interior sensual through the acts permitted under paragraph (1), and the means permitted under paragraph (2), may be masaje sensual mujer foto available to others if the person referred to in paragraph (1) or (2), as the case may be, provides such mujer sensual playboy or means mujer sensual desierto for the ropa sensual mujer of enabling interoperability of an mujer rubia sensual mujer juguetona sensual computer program with other programs, and to the mujer sensual desnuda that doing so does not relato sensual entre mujer infringement under this title or mujer sensual playboy mujer femenina sensual law other than this section.
